What is BPTracka?
BPTracka is a remote patient monitoring platform built specifically for Nigeria's healthcare reality. It connects three points that are currently disconnected: the hospital that diagnoses, the pharmacy that dispenses and the patient who needs to stay consistent.
Most remote monitoring platforms assume patients have smartphones, reliable internet and the time to log data daily. BPTracka doesn't. It works through pharmacists; the healthcare professionals patients already trust and visit regularly which ends up making compliance feel natural, not like homework.
How It Works
Step 1:
Hospital Registers Patient
A doctor diagnoses a chronic condition (hypertension) and registers the patient on BPTracka. The patient is assigned to a nearby partner pharmacy for ongoing monitoring.
The patient visits their assigned pharmacy as scheduled. The pharmacist records vital signs, checks medication adherence, and flags any concerns. All data feeds into BPTracka in real time.
BPTracka's automated system monitors trends. Intervention happens before crisis.
